How Zinstall WinWin works "under the hood" to transfer your programs and files from an old computer to a new PC

Zinstall WinWin captures the entire old Windows environment, and then natively implants it into the new computer - so that you can work with it just like you did on your old one.

Transfers the entire environment

All your old applications are kept fully and natively integrated the new Windows. They are configured just as before, and all documents, files and data are transferred as well.

Resilient and adaptive

Zinstall WinWin works with Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 – both on the old and the new computers. All editions are supported – from Home to Ultimate. It also supports transferring between 32 bit and 64 bit systems. Of course, the most common use today is transferring programs and files from XP (or Vista) - to Windows 7.

Note: Zinstall WinWin performs a native transfer, embedding the old applications directly into the new Windows using Zinstall core virtualization technology - Type-0 Hypervisor.
Applications which are natively incompatible with the new system will not work on the new computer. If you have incompatible applications, please see Zinstall XP7, which provides a solution to this issue.
